Delivery and Returns

How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch orders the day after they are placed, and you will get a notification when your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship outside the UK?
Not at present, but we are exploring different options and hope to ship within Europe in the near future.

What is your returns policy?
If you change your mind, please request a return via email at info@bamptonhouse.co.uk within 14 days of placing your order, and we will provide return instructions. You will be responsible for return postage unless the item is defective or damaged. 

We want you to be happy with your order, so if there is any aspect that doesn't live up to expectations, just drop us a note at info@bamptonhouse.co.uk and we'll be happy to sort it out for you.
